**Job Title**: Purchase Trainee
**Location**: Pitampura, Delhi
**Salary**: ₹12,500 per month
**Department**: Procurement / Supply Chain
**Reporting To**: Purchase Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in day-to-day purchase operations and procurement documentation
- Make and process **Purchase Orders (POs) in the company’s CRM software**:

- Visit local markets to purchase materials and samples as required
- Identify and source new vendors based on requirements
- Collect quotations, compare pricing, and maintain vendor records
- Follow up with vendors on deliveries, timelines, and issue resolution
- Maintain inventory and procurement records
- Support vendor evaluation and negotiation
- Assist the team in budgeting, purchase planning, and reporting

**Key Requirements**:

- Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred)
- Freshers can apply
- Comfortable with **field work and vendor sourcing** in the local market
- Must be able to use basic software tools; knowledge of CRM or ERP systems is a plus
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic documentation
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

**Working Days**:
Monday to Saturday
