We are looking for highly motivated sales professionals to join our team as Outbound Appointment Setters.

About the Role

This key position involves conducting outbound calls to potential clients, identifying leads and scheduling appointments with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to introduce our brand and services to new customers
  • IDentify and qualify leads based on their needs and business goals
  • Schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups in CRM
Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Proven experience working with Australian and US clients
  • Confidence in making cold calls and handling objections
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
