Overview

As part of our esteemed engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying automated workflows using Databricks and Azure. You will collaborate closely with domain experts to create scalable and efficient AI/ML-driven automation solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automated workflows for regulatory/compliance processes (ingestion → transformation → decisioning).
  • Develop agentic flows (LangChain/AutoGen) to orchestrate data pipelines and decisions.
  • Implement impact analysis for risk, compliance, and cost assessments.
  • Leverage Databricks (notebooks, jobs, DLT) for large-scale workflows and monitoring.
  • Productionize solutions with CI/CD; containerize using Docker/Kubernetes on Azure.

Requirements

  • Python (strong), Prompt Engineering, LangChain / AutoGen (agentic workflows).
  • Databricks expertise: notebooks, pipelines, DLT, jobs, monitoring.
  • Familiarity with regulatory/compliance data and workflows.
  • CI/CD (GitHub/Jenkins/Azure DevOps), Docker/K8s, cloud deployment (Azure preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills & stakeholder communication.

Nice-to-have Skills

  • Experience with event-driven architectures, feature stores, and policy-as-code.
  • Exposure to governance/lineage/observability tools.

Experience Bands

  • Lead AI Engineer: 7–10+ years overall; 3+ years in AI workflow automation; prior mentoring/ownership of production systems.
  • Intermediate AI Engineer: 3–6 years overall; hands-on with Databricks + agent frameworks; eager to own modules end-to-end.
