  • Configure and optimize Pipedrive CRM to enhance sales performance.
  • Automate document generation, reducing manual errors and increasing productivity.
  • Integrate DocuSign for e-signature workflows, ensuring secure transactions.
  • Automate onboarding workflows for Property Management tools, minimizing setup time.
  • Route leads from funnels and classify them via AI-driven insights.
  • Build compliance-oriented workflows, guaranteeing regulatory adherence.
  • Develop data-driven dashboards & reporting for KPIs, marketing attribution, and pipeline tracking, enabling informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with no-code automation platforms, driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of Slack integrations and app workflows, enhancing team collaboration.
  • Experience with CRM automation, improving customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace automation, optimizing productivity.
  • Knowledge of DocuSign API/integration, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Ability to integrate with Property Management tools & BGL Simple Fund 360, expanding business capabilities.
  • Understanding of compliance-sensitive workflows, guaranteeing regulatory adherence.
  • Ops/Systems mindset: able to map complex business processes into structured workflows, driving efficiency.
