Job Title: AI-Powered Sales Automation Specialist

Overview

We're looking for an experienced n8n developer to build, test, and deploy an AI-powered sales workflow. The goal is to automate the sales process from initial company identification to personalized email outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement end-to-end workflows in n8n with reliability and scalability.
  • Integrate third-party services via API, including Google Sheets, OpenAI, Apollo.io, and web scraping services.
  • Develop robust error handling and logging within the n8n workflow.
  • Write expressions and light code to parse and map data between nodes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine prompts for AI nodes and provide clear documentation on the workflow's setup and maintenance.
Requirements
  • n8n Expertise: Demonstrable experience building complex multi-step workflows in n8n.
  • API Integration: Strong proficiency with REST APIs, JSON payloads, and authentication.
  • AI Integration: Experience integrating LLMs like GPT-4 into automated workflows.
  • Web Scraping & Enrichment: Familiarity with web scraping and data enrichment concepts and tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to debug complex automation issues and think critically to find solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data mapping and workflow logic to ensure accuracy.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with sales/marketing automation.
  • Basic JavaScript knowledge for use in n8n's Function node.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets functions and formulas.
