Job Overview

This role is for a skilled professional who can provide end-to-end support for treasury management systems, maintain system integrity, troubleshoot and fix issues, and author reports and action-based triggers.

The ideal candidate will have experience with FIS Quantum and Echos, Oracle/SQL Server database concepts, and SQL query authoring. They should also be familiar with treasury processes, including In-House Banking, Cash forecasting, and Intercompany Settlement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive end-to-end support to users, receiving, analyzing, and prioritizing related support tickets.
  • Document resolution steps and knowledge base articles, supporting system upgrades and patches.
  • Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and impact assessments for system updates, ensuring financial data accuracy and SOX compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience with FIS Quantum and Echos treasury management systems.
  • Hands-on experience in static data maintenance within financial applications.
  • Proficiency in Oracle/SQL Server database concepts and SQL query authoring.
  • Experience authoring, troubleshooting, and fixing Enterprise Workflow Framework (EWF) in Quantum.
Technical Operations:
  • Apply strong Oracle/SQL Server database expertise to maintain system performance.
  • Author and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
  • Work with Golden Gate and Datapipelines technologies for data integration.
