About the Position

As a highly motivated Company Secretary Intern (Management Trainee), you will assist in various aspects of corporate governance and compliance.

The role involves:

  • Preparing and reviewing statutory, secretarial, and legal documents
  • Supporting compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements
  • Preparation of forms and returns for filing with authorities
  • Preparation of resolutions, letters, responses, and other documents
  • Support in convening meetings
  • Maintenance of registers and records
  • Conducting research and staying updated on laws
  • Collaborating with teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Assistance in legal assignments

Job Requirements and Required Skills:

  • CS Executive Qualified
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of interpretation of law
