Portfolio Manager Role Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage a portfolio of funds, providing administrative support as necessary to investors and other stakeholders.

This position involves overseeing the administration of a portfolio of funds and contributing to the growth of the client base.


Main Responsibilities

  • Updating shareholder registers for investment funds under management;
  • Collecting subscription documents and KYC information from new investors;
  • Coordinating with the compliance department regarding investor onboarding processes;
  • Liaising with external service providers and stakeholders, including depository banks, investors, auditors, etc.;
  • Monitoring and updating shareholder registers, ensuring timely completion of KYC documentation for existing investors.
