Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee the daily operations of our inventory management system. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for accuracy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Control:
    • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and issues.
    • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • SAP Management:
    • Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and Goods Issue (GI) transactions in SAP.
    • Maintain up-to-date documentation of stock movements and generate reports as required.
  • Supply Chain Coordination:
    • Cultivate relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and negotiate favorable terms.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for cost savings and implement process improvements.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and present actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in hospitality or food industry.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP GRN/GI transactions required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
