We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead continuous business expansion through new projects and partnerships. Ideal candidates will possess a strong track record in sales, experience in managing high-value accounts, and the ability to collaborate with senior executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Development: Establish new relationships and expand existing ones to drive consulting services sales.
  • Sales Campaigns: Execute targeted campaigns around core offerings to generate new revenue opportunities.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales quotas, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Customer Engagement: Leverage prior sales experience to influence client resourcing strategies and create tailored solutions.
  • Proposal Creation: Lead proposal and RFP creation for client proposals and presentations.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing sales team while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
  • Forecasting: Conduct weekly forecast meetings and coach direct reports on strategies to drive closures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • C-level Relationships: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with CIO/VP/Director-level client contacts.
  • Presentation and Communication: Excellent in-person presentation and communication skills.
  • Sales Performance: Strong track record of driving and closing enterprise deals while exceeding sales quotas.
  • Relationship Building: Background in relationship-building and contract negotiations.
  • Pipeline Management: Demonstrated ability to independently build a large pipeline of outbound leads and close deals.
