Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our Supply Chain Planning (SCP) processes, covering Oracle Demand Management, Production Planning, and Order Fulfillment for various production strategies.

About the Role:

  1. Support demand management processes, including forecasting and planning measure management.
  2. Collect data from Fusion and internal systems, troubleshooting failures.
  3. Support production planning processes like Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and constrained/unconstrained planning.
  4. Utilize expertise in supply planning data models, REST APIs, and Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) reports to drive business outcomes.
  5. Lead end-to-end planning integrated business cycles.
  6. Resolve critical planning issues related to plan behavior, data gaps, and supply/demand reconciliation issues.
  7. Execute quarterly patching testing and validations.
  8. Receive, analyze, and prioritize support tickets related to demand management Processes, including forecasting and planning measure management.
  9. Perform initial assessments of issues with data collection from Fusion, internal, and external systems.
  10. Triage failures and route to appropriate support teams/on-calls.
  11. Document and categorize production planning processes, such as MRP and constrained/unconstrained planning.
  12. Identify severity and impact of problems related to supply planning data models, REST APIs, and BIP reports.
  13. Monitor and coordinate support for end-to-end planning integrated business cycles.
  14. Manage incident tickets related to supporting end-to-end SCP.
  15. Track and prioritize quarterly patch testing needs.

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience with Supply Chain Planning solutions.
  2. Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and methodologies.
  3. Proficiency in data collections and integration between systems.
  4. Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and planning processes.
  5. Experience with REST APIs and BIP reporting.
  6. Good understanding of integrated planning business cycles.
  7. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to manage quarterly patch testing processes.
  9. Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
  10. Technical aptitude with data models, BIP, and system integration (REST APIs, etc.).
  11. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
