Senior Budgeting and Planning Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team in the implementation of Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, with a strong understanding of application creation, metadata build, and security configuration.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions using Oracle PBCS.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain and improve existing applications, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert advice on planning and budgeting best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in implementing Oracle PBCS or similar planning and budgeting solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent technical skills in application development, data modeling, and security configuration.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
