Workstream Consultant Job Description

We are seeking for a proactive and detail-oriented Workstream Consultant with strong skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving incidents, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring the uptime and performance of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze as-is business processes within the Demand to Supply (DTS) work stream.
  • Configure and maintain the relevant SAP S/4HANA components including Production Planning, Production Scheduling, Production Orchestration and Execution, Quality Management.
  • Create and manage SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Workstream Consulting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies.
  • Mentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and successful teamwork experience.
