In this role, you will:

  • Analyze product positioning against competitors and market trends to develop growth-focused strategies aligned with annual operating plans (AOP)
  • Collaborate with commercial and finance teams to lead competitive benchmarking and pricing processes
  • Identify and implement promotional schemes to accelerate product line growth
  • Assess and address training needs for direct and indirect channels
  • Develop and implement a nationwide plan for product demos and sampling, monitoring return on investment and optimizing usage of demo inventory
  • Be the go-to expert for customers and commercial teams, addressing technical queries and resolving quality concerns
  • Uncover and develop new markets and segments to drive business growth

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Masters or Bachelors degree in Science Biology
  • Experience in sales of laboratory equipment, centrifuges preferred, or product management in a similar domain
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and people-influencing skills
  • In-depth knowledge of India's Pharma, Biopharma, Academic Research, and Healthcare markets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
