Clinical Operations Director Role

As a key team member, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing clinical operations to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with healthcare standards.
- Taking end-to-end ownership of operations to deliver services aligned with customer goals and success.
- Managing finances to drive performance that meets expectations.
- Collaborating with delivery teams to resolve operational issues affecting customers promptly.
- Serving as a senior client liaison to enable successful long-term partnerships.
- Mentoring and coaching direct reports to enable professional and personal growth.
We are seeking an experienced leader with strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive performance through clinical excellence and operational rigor. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience working in US healthcare operations, a clinical/medical background, and experience managing teams across geographies.
The successful candidate will also have experience with EHR workflow and documentation, working knowledge of Practice Management Systems, and demonstrated ability to show thought leadership and drive consultative conversations with executive leadership.
