Job Title: Commercial Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tap into business potential for the assigned region by identifying growth opportunities
  • Ensure execution of footfall generation plans and monitor the quality of footfall in stores
  • Provide inputs for store business plans to align with regional goals
Role Overview:

This role involves compiling and analyzing competition data including sales, offers, and merchandise across locations. You will identify emerging threats and opportunities in the market and generate leads for the Regional Manager regarding business potential and prospects for new store openings.

Requirements:
  • Act as the key relationship manager with franchisees to ensure operational compliance with SOPs
  • Encourage franchisee investment and support operational aspects of the franchise network
Additional Responsibilities:

You will conduct regular store visits to recommend merchandise changes and identify gaps. You will also provide actionable insights to improve product offerings based on store-level feedback.

Other Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance store standards consistently

In this role, you will ensure compliance in consumer information collection and maintain high registration rates. You will analyze consumer demographics across stores to tailor business strategies accordingly and build and maintain rapport with top customers at each store.

You will hire Store Managers under the guidance of the Regional Manager, conduct quarterly appraisals and performance reviews for Store Managers, motivate and engage store teams to achieve business objectives, set weekly sales targets aligned with market trends and business expectations, monitor compliance with spend budgets and set monthly expenditure limits, and facilitate training programs to improve skills of Customer Care Associates and Store Managers and ensure adherence to the training calendar.
