Job Opportunity for Investment Banking Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Investment Banking Professional to assume a leadership role within our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the finance industry, particularly in capital markets and derivatives. They should be adept at working with numbers and have excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with clients and provide exceptional service.
  • Escalate issues to internal stakeholders in a timely manner to prevent client dissatisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain domain expertise, leading by example.
  • Contribute to knowledge management initiatives by sharing best practices and process knowledge within the team.

Requirements:

  • Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM)
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in managing teams, with a strong background in Investment Banking Operations.
  • Ability to design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects.
  • Knowledge of offshoring processes and methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing business demands.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to network and build confidence with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal direction.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and act decisively.
