Business Management Professional

As a Business Management professional in our Global Corporate and Investment Banking team, you will be responsible for business management planning and administration. Your role will ensure the stable operations of respective departments within GCIB, including strategy development, monitoring budgets/targets, MIS reporting, and implementing regional/global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic: Support Head of GCIB in developing business strategy and lead implementation of global and/or regional initiatives.
  • Financial/KPI/KRI: Monitor departmental financial/KPI/KRI performance and assess against projected targets/thresholds to ensure target achievement. Support Head and Directors/Team Leads to achieve financial/KPI/KRI targets.
  • Customer: Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MGS/MUFG and externally. Work in partnership with overseas onshore branches and Head Office to develop strategies promoting business growth for GCIB and beyond.
  • People: Act as a role model to team members and adhere to all company policies/guidelines. Support, coach, and guide junior team members on complex issues.
Requirements:
  • 2-4+ years of experience in reporting and/or business management or related fields.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills with an ability to build partnerships.
  • Highly organized, with a structured and logical approach, managing multiple complex projects and competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, is required. Knowledge of corporate banking products, services, and systems is advantageous.
