Job Overview

As a Practice Lead Data, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success across various client engagements.

You will prioritize accounts and customer value by ranking projects based on strategic importance, urgency, and other factors to ensure critical tasks receive timely attention.

In this role, you will effectively allocate resources, including budget, personnel, and technology, across the portfolio to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective KPIs to measure project success and impact within the portfolio.
  • Monitor resource utilization to avoid overallocation or underutilization, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Regularly review project progress to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and deliverable satisfaction.
  • Evaluate delivery teams' performance scorecards, implementing best practices and standards, and driving process improvements for delivery excellence, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
