Job Title: Client Servicing Director

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team in a senior role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic leadership, with expertise in developing and executing Annual Operating Plans (AOP) based on client briefs.

They will lead high-stakes client pitches by generating innovative concepts in collaboration with internal teams.

The successful candidate will also provide strategic insights to competitor analysis, identifying opportunities for process improvements and new business avenues.

You will be responsible for analyzing business-as-usual (BAU) operations to identify opportunities for experimentation and innovation.

You will create compelling case studies and success stories that highlight the achievements and impact of the team's work, enabling awards and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring client renewals and upsells.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand strategic growth plans and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Establish clear benchmarks and review timelines to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Follow up on overdue payments, acting as a point of contact for high-priority escalations.
  • Evaluate marketing success through social media reports, identifying improvement areas and demonstrating value to stakeholders.
  • Update resource planning quarterly and ensure timely contract renewals, addressing obstacles proactively.
  • Conduct monthly team meetings, provide feedback, and mentor teams for proactive problem-solving.
  • Structure training programs with the L&D team to improve work quality and specific competencies.
