About the Position

We seek a seasoned medical billing leader to drive operational excellence and deliver high-quality results in Bangalore & Salem, India.

The ideal candidate will possess deep domain expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management, strong leadership skills, and a focus on client satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end medical billing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
  • Implement process improvements, automation, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage large teams with a focus on performance management and people development.
  • Nurture strong client relationships, driving high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present to leadership and clients.
  • Stay updated on US healthcare billing regulations and HIPAA guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in Medical Billing / RCM industry, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in billing processes, denial management, and payer policies.
  • Proven track record of managing large teams and multi-client operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Digital transformation/automation experience in medical billing is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
