Program Overview:

The Management Trainee Program is designed to develop well-rounded leaders who can anticipate and solve complex problems.

As a trainee, you will fulfill challenging assignments throughout our organization in fields such as Corporate HR, including Recruitment, Talent Management and OD, L&D, Finance, Market Research, etc.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on and can take responsibility while operating effectively.

Key Objectives of the Program:

  • To develop associates with an all-rounded understanding of business teams before becoming subject matter experts.
  • To build strong well-rounded leaders that will replenish pipeline for managerial roles over the next 3 to 5 years.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in PPT and Excel.
  • A good command over English language.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • International mindset and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Post-graduate degree in Human Resource, Finance, Marketing, or General Management.
  • No more than two years of working experience.
  • Demonstrated interest in Service Industry.
  • Ability to identify market drivers and serve customers passionately.
  • Organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
