About the Role

The People Ambassador and Talent Partner plays a pivotal role in representing the organization's culture and values, while collaborating with business stakeholders to drive strategic people initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
    • Lead hiring for critical leadership roles, niche positions, and high-volume roles, particularly sales.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention:
    • Administer employee engagement surveys, develop action plans, and implement strategies to boost morale and reduce turnover.
    • Address grievances, manage employee relations, and oversee disciplinary processes.
    • Promote initiatives to minimize attrition, especially among high-turnover segments such as insurance sales staff.
    • Deliver induction training to new hires.
    • Develop and execute talent retention and employee development programs.
    • Identify training needs based on business objectives and individual goals.
    • Aid new hire assimilation.
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Compliance & HR Operations:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws across branches within the zone.
    • Oversee timely payroll inputs, onboarding/offboarding processes, and HRIS accuracy.
    • Support internal audits, risk management, and statutory filings.
    • Handle governance, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
    • Maintain open communication with employees.
  • Strategic HR Partnership:
    • Foster collaboration with Function Heads and designated personnel to plan and implement people strategies.
    • Coordinate efforts with teams across all centers nationwide.
