Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Program Management Associate. The primary responsibility of this role will be to plan, execute, and manage strategic school engagement programs in collaboration with partner schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective event strategies to onboard schools with PhysicsWallah.
- Collaborate with schools to design engaging student activities that meet their needs.
- Liaise with internal teams (academic, operations, marketing) and external stakeholders (school authorities, vendors) to ensure smooth event operations.
- Prepare comprehensive presentations, reports, and communication materials for school programs.
- Analyze program impact and provide actionable feedback for improvements.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation design skills using PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience in event planning and operations management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
