As a Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs, providing support to learners, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless learning experience.

  • Learner Support: Serve as the point of contact for learners, addressing inquiries, guiding them through the program journey, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to manage program timelines, ensure the alignment of deliverables, and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline program delivery, enhance learner satisfaction, and implement best practices for efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all learning communications adhere to quality standards and branding guidelines set by the process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Adaptability: Ability to respond to tickets, chats, and out-calling as per business requirements.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated experience in a customer support role with the ability to resolve learner inquiries professionally and effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly adapt to new software platforms and tools, with an interest or background in EdTech being a plus.
