About Program Advisory Role

We're committed to making high-quality education accessible and affordable worldwide. By collaborating with top-tier universities, we create short courses, degree programs, and senior executive programs that help individuals learn new skills and transform their lives.

Your role as a Program Advisor will be to contact warm leads for our programs via phone and email to consult potential students on how our programs can help them achieve their career goals.

You'll work in a progressive sales environment, providing white glove service and advising students as if they were your family and friends. We're looking for a talented and competitive individual who can thrive in this role.

  • You'll advise career changers on how world-class education from top tier universities can help launch them into a high growth career.
  • You'll build and manage a pipeline of leads that have inquired about our programs.
  • You'll provide in-depth and customized information to interested students via phone and email.
  • You'll guide learners through the enrollment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.
  • You'll adhere to our inside sales process, tools and data management processes and workflow.
  • You'll provide feedback to leadership on call quality, observed trends, and insights from student conversations.

This role requires excellent verbal, written communication, listening and critical thinking skills, as well as a strong phone presence and ability to make 120+ dials and/or emails a day to connect with warm leads.
