Business Growth Strategist

The role of a Business Growth Strategist is to navigate the growth trajectory of an organization by analyzing data, identifying patterns, and implementing actions that drive real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Data Analysis
  • Lead business data analysis across sales, marketing, and operations to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisions.
  • Build dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets/BI tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress towards goals.
  • Partner with marketing to connect web traffic to lead generation and ultimately revenue attribution.
  • Proactively surface insights and recommendations to improve revenue outcomes.
Strategic Planning and Execution
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive trends, and white spaces in the market.
  • Develop mini-strategies for growth experiments, including new geographies, verticals, or customer segments.
  • Prepare concise reports and recommendations for leadership decision-making.
Sales Enablement and Operations
  • Own CRM automations, including lead workflows, pipeline hygiene, triggers, and integrations.
  • Manage sales reporting and dashboards, ensuring visibility into KPIs across teams.
  • Support sales enablement by preparing pitch materials, case studies, and data-backed insights.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for sales efficiency.
Project Management
  • Act as the program manager for strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Ops.
  • Create project plans, set timelines, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
  • Ensure end-to-end execution of high-priority projects from ideation to results tracking.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and align resources.
