We are seeking an accomplished Team Lead to oversee a team of customer service associates, driving them towards key performance indicators.
The successful candidate will be responsible for project execution, monitoring performance metrics and ensuring target compliance.
Our ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in G-suite, particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides, and possess excellent resource allocation skills to meet productivity and quality standards.

- A minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience, preferably in US BFS Email services.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
