Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our Compensation and Performance modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Design, develop, and maintain formulas for validation, calculations, and data processing.
  • Create and modify reports of medium complexity using OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP).
  • Provide configuration support for the Workforce Compensation module, including compensation plans and statements.
  • Design and implement grade-step progression ladders and manage base compensation structures.
  • Support the functional configuration and processes for the Goal and Performance Management module.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality results.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HCM Cloud consultant or administrator.
  • Demonstrable expertise in writing formulas and developing business solutions.
  • Strong experience with data management and reporting tools.
  • Functional implementation experience in Compensation and Performance Management modules.
  • Solid understanding of business operations and analytics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
