Job Opportunity

Our ideal candidate will spearhead and assist in the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation solutions, facilitating requirement workshops and mapping business processes to identify as-is vs. to-be procedures and design optimized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead and support Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation implementations
  • Conduct requirement workshops and map business processes
  • Identify as-is vs. to-be processes and design optimized solutions
  • Develop/review functional design documents, enhancements, reports, and integrations
  • Configure scenarios and deliver real business impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on full lifecycle projects

What We're Looking For:

  • 8-12 years of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience
  • Deep expertise in Compensation (Functional SME level)
  • Strong understanding of business processes and compensation summaries
  • Proven experience in full-cycle implementation projects
  • Ability to manage both small and large teams effectively
