Financial Operations Specialist

Role Overview:

As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, statutory filings, and company incorporations.

This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage efficient business establishment solutions, legal licensing, and post-incorporation compliance support.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to provide guidance on statutory obligations and documentation related to company setup.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Assist in company incorporation, licensing, and regulatory filings by preparing and managing documentation for registrations, approvals, and legal compliance.
  • Track application status and coordinate with government authorities for processing.
  • Guide clients on filing requirements and documentation for GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
  • Maintain accurate records of filings, transactions, and reports.
  • Ensure all work aligns with applicable compliance frameworks and legal guidelines.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients on compliance and financial matters.
  • Prepare financial reports like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements for operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or Post-Graduate degree from a commerce background (B.com, M.com BBA, MBA, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of GST filing, TDS, and the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Working knowledge or exposure to compliance requirements such as ROC filings, statutory registers, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with accounting practices and compliance procedures is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage accurate documentation.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in finance, compliance, and regulatory work.
