Job Role: Process Transformation Specialist

The role of a Process Transformation Specialist is pivotal in overseeing multiple transition projects, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Manage assigned transitions with expertise and drive project outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing queries, decisions, actions, and updates effectively.
  • Support projects as the first escalation point for both internal and customer-related issues.
  • Lead governance calls and meetings to ensure timely updates for internal and customer stakeholders.
  • Design, conduct, and manage relevant training programs for the transition team.
  • Participate in assessments to gauge training needs and understand strategic business objectives.
  • Develop and review transition solutions for RFPs/RFIs and pre-sales support.
  • Identify and define business cases, project tasks, and resource requirements accurately.
  • Create detailed project charters, plans, and transition plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Integrate process migration activities with IT implementation seamlessly.
  • Optimize transition methodologies to reduce time, costs, risks, and improve quality.
  • Manage risk and develop mitigation plans, driving process-specific business continuity planning.
  • Maintain comprehensive project management documents, including status reports, project plans, and knowledge transfer documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in transitions, preferably from BPO/BPM backgrounds.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
