Product Requirements Specialist

  • As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing business requirements that drive our product roadmap.

Job Description

This is a full-time remote position. The Product Requirements Specialist will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, analyze business processes, and oversee the successful implementation and iteration of product requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in writing clear and comprehensive requirements and functional specs, as well as a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities include translating business needs into functional specifications, facilitating communication between technical teams and business users, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Analyst in software or SaaS environments.
  • Proven expertise in writing clear and comprehensive requirements and functional specs.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience in iteration management and working with product teams.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience in AI-driven platforms or enterprise application development is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
