Senior Tax Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced tax professional to support our organization.
- Tax Compliance: Drafting submissions for faceless assessment and appeal proceedings, penalty submissions for penalty proceedings, and preparing, vetting, and filing return of incomes and TDS returns for individuals, partnership firms, HUF, companies etc.
- Litigation and Representation: Briefing managers, partners, and counsels for CIT (appeals), tribunal, and high court matters; drafting and preparing submissions and paper books for matters before various appellate authorities.
- Tax Advisory, Structuring, and Planning: Providing advisory over domestic/international taxation; preparing form 15 CA/CB for various clients; advisory and planning over tax structures and evaluating the taxability for the structures.
- Other areas: Supporting Partners and Managers in day-to-day assignments; supporting in business development; solving day-to-day queries of clients; review of Tax Audit Report, etc.
The successful candidate will have:
- 8-10+ years of experience in Direct Tax
- Excellent knowledge of Indian Direct Tax Laws and Government departments
- Familiarity with frequent changes in tax laws and regulations
- Complex tax assessments and litigations expertise
- Cross-functional data coordination skills
- Transfer pricing and compliances to support cross-border transactions
- Interpersonal skills and collaborative working
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working presentation skills
