Senior Direct Tax Advisor

We are seeking an accomplished Direct Tax Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our practice, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on complex direct tax matters.
- Mergers and acquisitions: analyzing and advising on tax implications of business deals
- Tax advisory services: offering strategic advice on optimizing tax efficiency
- Transaction documentation: preparing and reviewing documents related to business transactions
- Due diligence: conducting thorough reviews of financial records and identifying potential tax risks
- International tax: advising clients on cross-border tax issues and structuring inbound and outbound transactions
To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen understanding of the latest developments in the field of direct tax. Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years PQE experience in direct tax and hold a qualified CA designation. Additionally, they should demonstrate learning agility, client-centricity, teamwork and collaboration, process orientation, and personal effectiveness.
