Senior Content Manager

About the Role:

As a Senior Content Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of content across various domains and subjects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content strategies to ensure high-quality content meets project requirements.
  • Create engaging and informative content, including MCQs in General Knowledge and Current Affairs.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to structure and design Question Banks, setting quality standards for writing and review.
  • Manage SME performance quality and track inventory levels to maintain optimum item availability.
  • Train and develop SME pools in different domains and subjects, ensuring they meet project requirements.
  • Coordinate with SMEs for all test development activities, including test design and implementation.
  • Support Lead Subject Admin in delivering projects and meeting organizational needs.
  • Analyze questions and report to higher management after exams, providing valuable insights for future improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Subject Competency in School Subjects up to 12th Level as per NCERT Syllabus.
  • Broader understanding of Education Systems in the Country and NCERT/CBSE/Boards.
  • Experience in the Education Sector related to Assessment and Evaluation - Test Designs, Question Development.
  • Excellent command over English (written and spoken).
  • Good command over spoken Hindi.
