Key Financial Leadership Role

A key member of the executive team is required to drive financial health and strategic planning of the company.

  • Manage financial actions, including accounting & treasury activities, tracking cash flow, financial planning, and analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's long-term goals and advise on long-term business and financial planning.
  • Prepare and present financial statements and reports, conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and risk management, as well as proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee preparation and approval of all financial reporting metrics.
  • Monitor and direct implementation of strategic business plans.
  • Ensure efficient operation of the finance function, managing cash flow and expense control processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible financial leadership roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage, lead, and develop teams and coordinate with other functional teams.
