Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our tender process effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess a fair understanding of and experience in tender bidding for securing service contracts. The role involves proactively monitoring tender opportunities, advising on participation decisions, and ensuring deadlines and progress are met. The successful candidate will contribute by writing tender texts, building a text library, and ensuring all required documents are submitted accurately and on time. They will also oversee the progress of tender projects and ensure appropriate follow-up on submitted tenders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filing and application of tenders (Both private and government)
  • Reviewing all tender documents and supervising compilation of materials required for bids
  • Preparing pre-qualification bids with standard company information
  • Monitoring bid management to ensure alignment with organizational requirements
  • Detailed reading and understanding of tenders and related documents
  • Ability to understand financial statements
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis including reviewing tender-wise profitability and cost reports
  • Ensuring adherence to internal financial controls related to tender business
  • Maintaining accurate documentation for tax compliance, invoicing, and audit purposes
