Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Budgeting Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in managing budgets and finances.

As a Budgeting Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating tenders received from various design and execution teams. You will work closely with these teams to assess tender requirements and ensure that project costs are within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate tender estimates and assess their alignment with budget provisions
  • Interact with design and execution teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Finalize project concepts, detailed designs, and construction tender documents
  • Monitor project costs and prepare variance reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve project-related issues
  • Compile and analyze MIS reports to identify areas for process improvement
