Our organization is seeking a diligent and meticulous Senior Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of Record to Report (RTR) processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities by carefully reviewing and preparing journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and provisions in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • - Accurately account for fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and general ledger entries, ensuring that all financial data is properly documented and up-to-date.
  • - Conduct thorough variance analysis and investigate discrepancies to provide actionable insights and drive process improvements.
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as AP, AR, FP&A, and audit teams to resolve issues and streamline processes, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
  • - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal controls, and corporate policies by maintaining updated documentation and implementing necessary changes.
  • - Drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy, and provide guidance and support to team members on complex RTR-related queries.
  • - Liaise with internal and external auditors during audit cycles and ensure timely closure of audit points, maintaining a positive and professional relationship.
