Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead our Post Graduate Program in Marketing. The program focuses on building industry-relevant skills essential in today's digital landscape, equipping the next generation of marketeers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with industry leaders and mentors to design the curriculum, ensuring it meets industry standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless student experiences.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring delightful student experiences.
  • Monitor and track performance metrics to ensure quality progress of students.
  • Organize events and initiatives at campus to enhance student involvement.
  • Promote student engagement by encouraging active participation in clubs and campus activities.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience managing internal/external stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Program Management
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students/employees, faculty/mentors, and external partners
