    • Collaborate with content teams to ensure quality of educational programs, involving creation, review, and signoff prior to implementation.">
    • Actively participate in content quality and program readiness for rollout.">
    • Support strategy and planning of multiple offerings for parents, teachers, and students as workshops, seminars, and training programs.">
    • Assist in marketing and operations strategies and rollouts.">

  3. Program Implementation:

    • Oversee program implementation across assigned schools.">
    • Maintain implementation timelines and milestones.">
    • Ensure successful implementation by taking essential decisions and actions for smooth delivery.">
    • Facilitate open communication with stakeholders for smooth functioning and program success.">

  4. School Collaboration:

    • ">
    • Presentations and collaboration activities related to networking and acquiring new schools.">
    • Build relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.">
    • Conduct needs assessments and feedback from schoolteachers and management.">
    • Address concerns and challenges faced during implementation.">
    • Organize or facilitate workshops and training sessions on program delivery.">

  5. Program Delivery:

    • Roll out programs at schools, especially high school programs, to ensure smooth delivery.">
    • Conduct classes for students and training programs for teachers as needed.">
    • Provide support on Learning Management System (LMS) including content management.">

  6. Teacher Support:

    • Offer ongoing support and guidance to teachers in delivering programs effectively.">
    • Conduct training sessions on program content, pedagogy, and assessment methods.">

  7. Data Collection and Reporting:

    • Collect data on program implementation and impact.">
    • Prepare reports for use in further action.">

    Requirements:

    ">

    The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or a related field, along with minimum 5 years of experience in education, program management, or a relevant field. Strong understanding of child development and learning theory, proven experience in implementing educational programs in schools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
