Job Title: Engineering Director – Solar Power Plants

Job Summary:

As an Engineering Director, you will be responsible for leading the engineering team in designing and executing solar power plants. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of design engineers and draughtspersons to manage engineering activities within budget and on schedule
  • Review and execute engineering activities covering civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation, and MEP aspects of solar power plants
  • Facilitate the development of BIM 3D models for PV solar power plants
  • Coordinate with multiple disciplines for ensuring inter-departmental checks and obtaining approvals from clients

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

• Minimum 8-20 years of experience in design aspects of solar power plants and power distribution projects

• Strong technical expertise in engineering activities for civil and structural covering control room buildings, transformer foundations, outdoor equipment foundations, inverter rooms, grading, roads, and drainage
