Senior Solar Manufacturing Director

  • Develop and implement process frameworks across all solar module manufacturing facilities to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Lead the integration of lean manufacturing principles into production processes, aiming to reduce costs and improve productivity.
  • Establish and monitor process parameters for every stage of production.
  • Drive initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring product competitiveness and high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to synchronize production processes with technological advancements.
  • Strategize and enhance processes to implement best practices and maximize manufacturing efficiency.
  • Minimize output and yield loss through targeted process interventions.
  • Evaluate new or alternative BOMs.
  • Responsible for SPC and process capability analysis.
  • Reduce manual dependencies and focus on digital solutions.
  • Assess plant performance, wastages, and areas for improvement.
  • Deliver Kaizen and lean sigma initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.
  • Encourage a collaborative team environment, promoting trust, engagement, and shared accountability.
  • Prioritize a safety culture to ensure protocols and procedures are adhered to.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • 12-20 Years of experience in solar PV module manufacturing.
