Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Plant Engineering Leader to spearhead the delivery of engineering services and solutions.

  • To succeed in this role, you will require exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive timely and cost-effective project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering project management, operations delivery, and plant engineering processes. In-depth hands-on experience in handling large multidiscipline projects in oil and gas, power plants, petrochemicals, refineries, and water treatment plants is preferred.

You will be responsible for managing teams of 300+ resources executing projects for large customers worldwide, including North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the delivery of plant engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring effective resource allocation, task management, and career development.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, expectations, timelines, and reports.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure all engineering processes and deliverables meet required quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations and best practices.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes, striving for enhanced efficiency, reduced costs, and improved quality.
  • Appraise and groom team members to improve their performance and develop their competencies.
  • Maintain process compliance index >95% for the business unit.
  • Evaluate productivity improvement opportunities in various engagements and supervise development of productivity improvement tools.
