We are looking for dedicated Solar Plant Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Engineers to join our team for multiple locations in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and performance monitoring of our solar power plants. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

Educational Qualification: A diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the maintenance and operation of ground mounted solar power plants or similar electrical/power generation facilities

Skills required:

· Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on solar panels, inverters, transformers, and other plant equipment.

· Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and system-level issues to ensure minimal downtime. This includes both on-site repairs and remote monitoring.

· Conduct regular inspections to ensure all components are functioning correctly and safely.

· Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and system configurations. Document any issues and the steps taken to resolve them.

· Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary components for maintenance and repairs.

· Coordinate with civil engineer/ mechanical engineer of contractors to ensure project is delivered as per technical specification

· Knowledge of calculation of cost, time and labor requirement
