Job Title: Solar Power Plant Installer Supervisor (0-1 Year Experience)

Location: Jaipur (with onsite projects outside Jaipur)

Salary: ₹14,000 - ₹18,000 per month

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Solar Power Plant Installer Supervisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have recently graduated or have limited experience (0-1 years) in the solar energy industry and are eager to gain hands-on experience in managing solar power plant installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the installation of solar power plants at various project sites.
  • Ensure the work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues related to installation.
  • Manage material inventory and ensure timely procurement of necessary equipment.
  • Work closely with engineers and other team members to complete projects on time.
  • Travel to onsite locations outside Jaipur as required for project execution.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: BTech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: 0-1 years in solar power plant installations (Freshers are welcome).
  • Vehicle: Must own a personal vehicle for commuting to and from project sites.
  • Travel: Willing to work on onsite projects outside Jaipur as per project requirements.
