Service Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Service Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Service Management module in alignment with business requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and map them to Service Management functionalities
  • Configure Service Management module, including service orders, service contracts, warranties, notifications, and customer service processes
  • Work closely with functional and technical teams to design and implement solutions
  • Provide support for Service Management-related incidents, enhancements, and upgrades
  • Conduct user training and create functional documentation
  • Integrate Service Management with modules like Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Participate in full lifecycle Service Management implementations and/or rollouts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery and customer experience

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of service order processing, warranties, returns, and repairs, as well as experience with integration to SD, MM, PM modules. They will also have a good understanding of service processes in industries like Manufacturing, Automotive, or Utilities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Hands-on experience in Service Management (Customer Service module)
  • Strong knowledge of service order processing, warranties, returns, and repairs
  • Experience with integration to SD, MM, PM modules
  • Good understanding of service processes in industries like Manufacturing, Automotive, or Utilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • SAP certification in SM or related module (preferred)
