We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
This position involves identifying and closing deals with existing and potential customers, working closely with the inside sales organization and systems engineers to demonstrate our capabilities, and developing strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets
- Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
- Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and industry trends to provide value-added solutions to customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in direct sales, high-level executive selling of long-cycle products
- Demonstrated ability to exceed quarterly and annual quotas
- Strong computer, written, and interpersonal communication skills
