Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the primary point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience.

About the Role:
  • Supervise front desk staff to maintain a smooth and efficient operation during assigned shifts.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and staff through verbal and written communication.
  • Assign and instruct Guest Service Agents on tasks, observing their performance and encouraging improvements.
Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the front desk, resolve guest concerns, handle emergencies, and other challenges that may arise during assigned shifts.
  2. Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome, using a positive and clear speaking voice.
  3. Listen to and understand requests, issues, and situations from both guests and team members.
Requirements:
  • Regular attendance in conformance with Hilton standards.
  • Work varying schedules to reflect business needs due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledgeable of hotel facilities and services.
  • Basic knowledge of Hilton International, MEAP, and other properties in China.
  • Up-to-date information on local attractions, places of interest, sights, and activities.
